Associate Dentist

We’re looking for a talented, dynamic Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team at Teeth For Life Dental Care . You’ll enjoy the security of NHS work alongside a strong flow of private patients , with the added benefit of included coaching from Dr Barry Oulton — giving you the tools to master communication and enhance the patient journey, with full support to apply his proven methods in your day-to-day dentistry . We’re flexible — you can work 2 to 5 days per week , as long as Friday is one of them. What’s on offer Mixed practice balance — NHS security with plenty of private treatment opportunities. Flexible working — 2–5 days per week (Friday required). Included coaching — access to Dr Barry Oulton’s training, with guidance to apply it practically in patient care. About you You are a GDC-registered Dentist with at least 1 year’s post-FD experience. You see communication as just as important as clinical skill — and you’re keen to refine and apply new techniques to elevate your patient care. You are passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and creating a positive patient journey. You are open to coaching, feedback, and new ways of working — and you enjoy putting learning into practice. You are confident in diagnosing and treatment-planning a wide range of cases, and happy to collaborate or refer when it’s in the patient’s best interest.
