Senior Sourcing Category Manager Up to £100k 10% bonus £6k car allowance Hybrid (Wolverhampton with some travel) This is a role where sourcing directly shapes business performance. You’ll be responsible for building and delivering category strategies that keep products moving, costs under control, and quality where it needs to be. The scope spans raw materials, components and finished goods — with a mix of UK and international supply chains. It’s a senior role with visibility across the organisation. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, finance and quality teams, while leading supplier partnerships that directly impact profitability, resilience and growth. What we’re looking for: Direct sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment — this is essential. Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills. A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-site environments. The ability to build supplier partnerships that balance cost, quality and sustainability. Technical understanding (such as reading drawings) would be helpful, but it’s not a deal-breaker. What’s on offer: Salary up to £100k, plus 10% bonus. Car allowance (approx. £6k).
