Legal Counsel – Finance

Our client, a London branch of a European bank, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers the chance to work on a broad spectrum of high-end transactions, including project finance, leverage finance, trade finance, social housing and sustainability-linked loans. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. This role requires a general lending lawyer who can handle a variety of tasks, from basic syndicated lending to more sophisticated transactions.
