SEN Teacher

SEN Teacher We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher with experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Key Stage 2 . The successful candidate will create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that enables every child to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEN, particularly those with ASD. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, carers, and support staff. Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, adjusting strategies to ensure success at Key Stage 2. Work closely with teaching assistants, specialists, and external agencies to provide targeted support. Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where every learner can thrive. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching and supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD. Knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping all learners achieve their potential.
