Project Manager (Microsoft)– SaaS Delivery Location: London (Hybrid) Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Salary: up to 65k Our client, a leading technology provider, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of client-facing software delivery projects across the UKI. This is a strategic opportunity for a project management professional who excels at managing SaaS implementations, stakeholder relationships, and end-to-end delivery. Based in Dublin, this role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel to client sites in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Lead the full project lifecycle for both new SaaS implementations and existing client engagements, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication across all project phases. Delivery Cadence: Establish and maintain project schedules, lead regular stand-ups, and ensure delivery against milestones. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as required. Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Development, and Support—to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain within scope and on target. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in delivering software or SaaS projects in a client-facing environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel to the UK as needed for key client meetings and milestones. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
