We're looking for a Java Support Professional with strong experience in: Responsibilities: Java – solid understanding of object-oriented programming and backend support Informatica – hands-on experience in data integration and ETL workflows Apache Kafka – working knowledge of distributed messaging and stream processing Production Support – proactive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning Problem Solving & Communication – ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical solutions clearly Location: Remote Experience Range: 3 to 9 years Employment Type: Full-time. Required Skills: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar technical domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-directed and self-motivated. Ability to build consensus with others and work independently to complete tasks on-time. At least 3 years of prior experience with Java software ecosystem debugging and supporting backend applications. Good knowledge of SQL and database optimization (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.). Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
