This includes managing staff, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. The position must also have a strong understanding of networking and security protocols, as well as an understanding of the latest trends in cloud-hosted services. You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining our cloud-hosted service operations. Strong Bilingual Skillsets "English | Spanish" (C1 and/or C2) Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent Highly Experienced Linux Server Admin (CompTIA A, Linux are a bonus, but not required) Highly Experienced Software Architecture | DevOps | Code Auditing (Python, JavaScript, Git workflows) Highly Experienced with Virtualization and Container technologies (VPS, Docker, Kubernetes) (CompTIA Cloud is a bonus, but not required) Strong Knowledge in Web Hosting & Domain Management (Domain registration, DNS, Nginx configuration, SQL management, etc.) Strong Team Management Experience & Skillset REQUIRED "Daily Roles & Responsibilities": Manage the day-to-day operations of the cloud environment Ensure security and operational compliance with industry standards Monitor and maintain VPS deployments Oversee installation, patching and maintenance of server and software deployments Troubleshoot system and network performance issues Develop and implement technical policies and procedures Train and supervise staff Work closely with other IT teams to support the overall technology infrastructure of the organization Manage and monitor backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity Provide technical support to end users and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner REQUIRED "Availability": Hours of Availability : Monday through Friday 8 am to 1 pm EST (New York). 60-Day Probation Period : Part-Time (Hours Dependent on Probation Projects) After Probation Period : Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Rate : $50.00 per Hour - Project-Based Work (Fixed-Price Budgets) Deadline Bonuses : 5% of Project Budget Profit Sharing : 2% ALL Konect360 Revenue
