Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist. Shift time: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Location: Remote. Salary: $25,500 mil pesos mxn brutos. Job Responsibilities · Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to the senior care industry · Manage and update website content using WordPress · Create engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) · Build and nurture referral relationships with local brick-and-mortar partners through digital channels · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and outreach goals · Support recruitment marketing efforts targeting caregivers · Track and report on campaign performance and referral traffic · Contribute to the development of SOPs and a 30-60-90 day success plan · Serve as the subject matter expert in digital strategy during team meetings Qualifications · Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in service-based or healthcare industries · Strong portfolio showcasing past digital campaigns, content creation, and platform management · Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) · Familiarity with senior care or community-based services is a plus · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision Soft Skills · Strategic thinker with a creative mindset · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Comfortable building relationships over the phone and online · Adaptable and open to feedback in a collaborative environment · Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven · Curious and resourceful, with a willingness to explore new digital trends Hard Skills · Proficiency in WordPress and Canva · Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms · Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and audience targeting · Familiarity with royalty-free music sourcing and basic video editing · Understanding of AI tools (without over-reliance) · Ability to mine niche digital communities and referral networks
