Job Description

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred, other regions with strong US overlap are encouraged to apply) Work Hours: Primarily US business hours, with occasional flexibility to accommodate global calls (including Australia) This Role is for the Closer. At Zenphi, we’re helping organizations orchestrate processes end-to-end across Google Workspace and beyond, powered by AI, with no code required. From schools and startups to enterprises, our customers automate thousands of workflows every day, saving time, cutting costs, and driving efficiency. We’re now expanding our sales team and seeking a proven closer who can sell confidently into the US market . If you’re hungry, thrive in SaaS, and know how to turn a “maybe” into a signed deal, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, focused on new ARR. Manage inbound interest and drive outbound prospecting across your US territory. Be accountable for all new sales within your assigned territory in the Americas , and occasionally contribute to other global regions. Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver tailored demos and ROI-based proposals that move deals forward. Handle objections and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deal structure. Maintain pipeline coverage and accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine GTM strategy. What You Bring You are a CLOSER. You live and breathe sales and find creative ways to push deals across the finish line. 3–5 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($500k-$1M ARR annual target). Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.). Experience selling automation, workflow, or AI SaaS solutions is a major plus. Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to run multi-threaded sales cycles with technical and business buyers. Self-starter with a "learn-it-all" attitude who is comfortable working remotely and independently.
