Job Description
HR Business Partner Job Responsibilities 1.Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring effective workforce planning and execution. 2.Drive organizational development initiatives, with an initial focus on end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles. 3.Build and maintain effective communication channels by engaging proactively with management and employees, fostering transparency and collaboration. 4.Strengthen HR operations and support the design and delivery of integrated HR solutions to meet organizational needs. 5.Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, providing guidance on policies and practices, and ensuring a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner. 2.Strong knowledge of HR operations, with hands-on experience in HR management practices, tools, and methodologies. 3.Demonstrated ability in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management support, and policy interpretation. 4.High sense of accountability and integrity, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
