Bilingual Virtual Case Coordinator

Employment Type: Contractor (Full-time, Remote) About the Role Our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm , is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Case Coordinator to support attorneys and case managers in managing claims, coordinating with providers/insurers, and ensuring seamless case flow. This is not a routine VA role—it’s an opportunity to gain valuable legal operations experience, grow professionally, and make a real impact helping accident victims. Key Responsibilities Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with insurers, providers, and clients. Assist with liability checks, property damage assessments, and treatment coordination . Independently research and problem-solve using tools and technology (AI, platforms). Maintain detailed notes, documentation, and follow-up activities. Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements. Requirements Fluent in English & Spanish (tested via assessment interview). Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or customer-facing roles. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive mindset. Excellent self-management and organizational skills. Computer and stable internet required ( MacBook preferred ). Ability to work 40 hours/week aligned with U.S. time zones.
