Senior Consultant – Organizational Change Management (OCM) Porsche is expanding its presence in México through its consulting company MHP, a leading management and IT consultancy for the automotive industry and proven expert in other sectors. With over 4,000 employees supporting 300 customers worldwide across 19 locations, MHP Management and IT Consulting México launched operations in October and now has a growing team of thirty professionals. The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change strategies and ensure successful user adoption for SAP S/4HANA rollout projects in Mexico. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in ERP implementations , a strong background in change strategy, corporate communications, stakeholder management, and user enablement . You will act as a key bridge between business and IT teams , collaborating closely with global teams and driving cultural transformation to facilitate seamless adoption of new processes and technologies. Responsibilities Lead the Organizational Change Management strategy for large-scale ERP implementations, focusing on SAP S/4HANA rollouts . Design and implement change management plans tailored to local organizational and cultural contexts. Act as the local counterpart to the global change management leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration across countries. Drive stakeholder engagement across leadership teams, end-users, and governance groups to foster alignment and buy-in. Develop and deliver communication strategies and targeted training programs to support impacted business units. Facilitate the cultural and behavioral adoption of new digital processes and ways of working. Provide hands-on support, including workshops, coaching, and training sessions , to enable successful user adoption. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams , ensuring expectations and business benefits are aligned. Qualifications Technical & Professional Expertise 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) , preferably within ERP implementations and SAP S/4HANA rollouts . Proven track record of designing and executing change strategies for complex transformation programs. Solid experience in corporate communications , stakeholder engagement , and organizational enablement . Skilled in driving user adoption strategies and cultural transformation in multicultural environments. Experience supporting global–local project setups and collaborating with cross-functional international teams. Certifications & Methodologies Certification in Change Management frameworks ( Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent ) – highly preferred. Agile / SCRUM certification is a strong plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies ( PMP, ITIL, or similar ) is an advantage. Soft Skills Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to influence and gain stakeholder buy-in. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment . Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities. Languages Fluent English – essential for coordinating with global teams.
