The Role The SAP SD Senior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting and challenging, client-facing, project-based work, focusing on delivering world-class solutions based on SAP’s latest software. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills, as the SAP SD Manager will be responsible for supporting actionable objectives within the organization, fostering a culture of accountability, and taking a hands-on approach to execution. The SAP SD Manager will ensure the quality of services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust current and future offerings according to market demands. Responsibilities Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive and discrete manufacturing industries. Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in Sales and Service (SD) processes . Define detailed blueprints for development and implementation requirements. Deploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and cost. Create long-term relationships with clients and achieve a strong reputation as a trusted business advisor. Identify and lead business development opportunities. Take responsibility as (sub) project team leader when required. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent education. Experience: 4 years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry. Minimum 4 years of SAP SD module experience (process & customizing) SAP Service module experience preferred. Experience in 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations . SAP S/4HANA experience and/or training preferred; certifications a plus. Project management or team lead experience preferred. Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred). Professional demeanor with strong customer focus. Analytical and structured working attitude.
