Overview Senior Full Stack Developer (TypeScript / React and Server-Side Technologies) at Topcon Positioning Systems. Job location: TOPCON Office located in Bologna (Italy). The job can be performed 100% remotely (Italy) with visits to the Bologna office when required. Responsibilities Design and build reusable components and applications in TypeScript and React.js, creating new applications while helping to frame and implement key development concepts for the Development team. Collaborate with the Product Creation team to deliver stable and resilient solutions. Work in a team environment with the ability to estimate and execute projects on time. Ensure security is a key factor in deliverables. Competencies and Skills Strong understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, and the web browser application lifecycle. Proficiency in React.js and its ability to create rapid applications. Proficient in server-side languages such as C#, Go, or Java. Familiarity with database languages such as MS-SQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases, and Cassandra. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with teams across the globe. Ability to architect and troubleshoot application-level problems from front-end to back-end. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot errors and performance issues. Familiarity with security and caching principles and how they are leveraged within applications. Ability to implement unit testing in front-end and back-end applications. Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and packaging of front-end assets. Familiarity with HTML / CSS. Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code. Experience working with APIs and integrating them into front-end applications. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with extensive experience in development. 10 years front-end development experience. Proven leadership skills demonstrated in previous roles. 5 years of experience using React.js to build enterprise-scale applications. Good command of English (written and spoken) is required.
