Responsibilities Own the strategy to recruit Franchise Partners country-wide, in coordination with franchise headquarters. Onboard new Franchise Partners in cooperation with the franchise headquarters. Negotiate, seek out, finalize and organize Franchise Partners and potential Franchise Partners, including prepared associated agreements. Responsible for the recruitment process and holistic support provided to Franchise Partners. Monthly reporting to the franchise headquarters. In the long term, support in organizing Franchise Partner meetings, networking, marketing, and acquiring real estate to sell or rent. Profile – Required Skills At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position. Vocational training or studying. Good English. Desirable experience in Marketing, Human Resources, Acquisition, Recruitment, Real Estate. Ability to communicate effectively with the target group and a strong interest in continuous personal knowledge development and process optimization. Agile mindset with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel initially from a home office with corresponding travel activities. Remuneration and Working Conditions The position is initially rewarded on a performance-related basis and can become a permanent role (good fixed salary plus additional performance-related bonus) with the appropriate number of Franchise Partners.
