We offer a motivating environment with exciting projects and are seeking to add a: Materials Application Engineer - Production Support Specialist - Aviation Domain Location: Turin area The selected candidate will join a structured Engineering Support team focused on Aero Engines / Gearboxes, responsible for material characterization activities. Key responsibilities include planning and managing test campaigns on mechanical properties, analyzing results, and collaborating with departments such as Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, as well as interfacing with suppliers. Qualifications: Master's degree in Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Engineering, or related fields Knowledge of metallic materials and production processes Experience with characterization tests, especially mechanical tests Basic understanding of fracture mechanics (a plus) Familiarity with international standards (a plus) Desired Skills: Commitment, precision, flexibility, proactivity, and reliability Self-motivated and well-organized Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Willingness to travel for business Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Note: Candidates should be EU Citizens due to the nature of the work.
