The Role This is an entry-level opportunity for someone based in Italy who speaks fluent German and is eager to start a career in recruitment. You will be trained and supported by our experienced team to learn how to: Search for and identify suitable candidates for our clients’ vacancies. Speak to candidates, understand their skills and career goals, and match them to roles. Build relationships with candidates. Support in maintaining our database and recruitment tools. Over time, you will also gain exposure to client communication and account development. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using online platforms and our internal database. Conduct initial screening calls in German and English. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Keep accurate records of activities in our applicant tracking system. Work closely with senior recruiters to deliver on active projects. What We’re Looking For Fluent German (C1) and strong English communication skills. No recruitment experience required – but you should be interested in people, careers, and business. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently from home.
