The role reports to the Benelux Sales Area Manager in Como, Italy. Role Description We are looking for a talented, competitive, and trustworthy Sales Executive to help grow our business. Responsibilities include discovering new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and exceeding company expectations to achieve sustainable growth. A passion for sales, relationship building, and willingness to travel are essential. Responsibilities Set up meetings with potential clients Prepare and deliver presentations Negotiate and close deals Manage customer relationships and find new business opportunities Record inquiries via CRM Provide after-sales support and feedback Report sales figures Collaborate with the team Conduct market research Skills Fluent Dutch (C2) and English (C2) Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in B2B sales Ability to drive sales from planning to closing Knowledge of interprofessional funds Good numeracy skills Competencies Alignment with QRP Core Values Customer satisfaction focus Teamwork and collaboration Integrity and professionalism Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive Strong interpersonal and relational skills Resilience and ability to handle rejection Networking and communication skills Relationships Reports to Business Development Manager Works with Marketing, Operations, Trainers, and Consultants Contract Details Permanent contract Salary: €25,000 - €28,000 bonus Start date: September 2025 Location: Como, Italy Flexible working (Smartworking) Experience Minimum 2 years in sales (preferred) Languages Dutch (required) English (required) J-18808-Ljbffr
