Production Coordinator

Description:

The production coordinator's job is to help the production manager with all aspects of the production process. This position is responsible for understanding the daily production schedule and identifying the essential resources. A production coordinator's job includes production data entry, tracking production runs, and shipping.

Job Details

Job Type: Seasonal (End of August through mid-October)

Job Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Approximately 7:00am to 7:00pm

Work Location: Grand Marsh, WI

Requirements:

Specific Duties:

• Navigate company-specific MRP/ERP Systems
• Understand the daily production schedule and plan label printing appropriately
• Assist the Shipping Coordinator with scanning of product labels for outgoing inventory
• Produce inventory reports from MRP/ERP to aid in physical inventory reconciliation
• Reconcile daily labels
• Create purchase orders
• Print bill of lading for outgoing inventory

Physical Demands:

The majority of the job responsibilities are performed using computer-related equipment. Production Coordinators lift and move inventory, which requires muscular strength, and they spend hours walking and standing in the course of their daily duties

Requirements:

• Highschool or HSED equivalent.
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Compensation details: 13-16 Hourly Wage
