Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: $60,000 – $150,000+ per year (Uncapped commission + bonus opportunities) 
Schedule: Flexible | Monday to Friday | Weekends as needed

Lifetime Roofing is opening a brand-new office in Katy, TX, and we’re hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to join us from day one. This is a chance to get in early at a fast-growing company that’s expanding with purpose—and building a team that thrives on energy, trust, and community.

What You’ll Do 

• Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing 

• Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions 

• Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally 

• Attend adjuster appointments and install days 

• Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies 

• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust 

• Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates 

Requirements 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented 

• Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads
