Shipping and Handling - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Shipping and Handling • Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour • Location: Spring Lake Park, MN • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6AM-4PM • Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 2. Ability to read blueprints is encouraged. 3. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage. 4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 5. Ability to lift and move heavy boxes up to 50 lbs. 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Unpack incoming shipments and inspect product for accuracy and damages. 2. Efficiently and carefully pack products to prepare them for shipment. 3. Label packages accurately according to company procedures. 4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity. 5. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
