Job Description Job Description Administrative Assistant We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team! The main responsibility of this position will include supporting the leadership team through various duties. What is required for this position: · Excellent communication skills · Strong work ethic · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite What you will be doing: · Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate staff · Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately · General office clerical tasks including mailing, scanning, copying and filing · Contact subcontractors for quotes, qualifications and other information as required · You will be required to clearly and professionally communicate with various team members including the Estimating, Project Management and Accounting Team, as well as outside Subcontractors · Assisting the executive team with various projects What is preferred for this position: · Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Why pick us: · Competitive benefits packages · Company emphasis on work/life balance · Leadership and education investments · Fun environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
