Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our ____ department. The RN will provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process and responsible for: provides direct clinical patient care. will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Qualifications Required: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree). Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred or working towards same. Associates requires (ASN) Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse Current Basic Life Support Certification issued by American Heart Association License/Trainings/Certifications Required: Currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification. Based on specialty, Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required.
