Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform standard cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Lead, guide, and motivate the cleaning team on-site Delegate tasks and ensure high-quality, timely completion of work Drive team members to and from residential and commercial job locations - Driver's License Required Promote teamwork and help maintain a positive, cooperative environment Assist cleaners with basic duties or lend support during more challenging jobs Conduct final inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met Manage cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs Communicate professionally with clients and respond to feedback Requirements: Proven experience in cleaning; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and a reliable driving record Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning tasks alongside the team Professional, punctual, and dependable Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings or weekends as needed Company Description We believe a clean space is a happy space.
