Supportive learning environment to pursue your professional interests. Job Duties: Work collaboratively providing ABA services within our service model within clinic, home, and community settings. Serve as a model to behavior technicians in providing effective and compassionate ABA. Participate in mentorship and case review meetings to develop clinical skills. Under the direction of the Clinical Director and with support from an assigned BCBA you will develop the skillset needed to work independently upon certification. As part of the supervisory team, you will train RBT's, develop programs, provide caregiver training, and assist in treatment plan development. All benefits are individually negotiated based on position offered* Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years ABA experience Enrolled in, or have completed, BACB approved coursework BA/BS Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
