Job Description Job Description Bartender Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for service. Follow set work procedures (labels) for bar service. Check customers in/out; enter cashless payment methods. Receive and serve customers; accept and give orders and submit order forms. Keep bar area clean, sanitized, and safe by following procedures laid out by your supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, tables, chairs, walls etc Prepare, serve, and protect food/beverages according to company policies and procedures. Follow SHS (Sims Health Regulations) to keep area safe and clean. Assist other staff with bar tasks when not serving. Possess excellent customer service skills. Possess basic business knowledge. Possess correct cash handling skills including cash withdrawal and deposit procedures.
