We’re looking for a Controller to oversee our financial operations and support company growth. What You’ll Do Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (GAAP). Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning. Partner with project managers to track job costs, WIP schedules, and profitability. Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and change order accounting. Ensure compliance with tax filings, insurance, bonding, and prevailing wage laws. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external advisors. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). Experience: 5–7 years in accounting (3 in leadership); construction accounting required. Skills: Strong knowledge of job costing, project profitability, GAAP, and contract management.
