Job Summary: The Pressure Cleaner Technician is a vital member of the team, responsible for maintaining our properties to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This role combines technical skill, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. You will ensure equipment and vehicles are prepared daily, deliver exceptional service on every assignment, and represent Sea Island with professionalism and courtesy in every guest, member, and owner interaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and load work vehicles daily, ensuring all tools and equipment are present, clean, and in working order Perform scheduled pressure cleaning assignments with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail Complete work to the highest quality standards, ensuring guest and client satisfaction on every job Look for opportunities to support the team by working independently, taking initiative, and assisting in additional tasks when ahead of schedule Identify opportunities for simple service enhancements or additional work that may increase value for guests and daily revenue Maintain tidiness of work areas and vehicles; complete daily checklists including the Vehicle Appearance Checklist Uphold all of the property's safety standards and protocols, maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly Respond to and resolve guest service issues in a positive, timely, and professional manner Actively support and collaborate with team members, demonstrating generosity of spirit and willingness to help in other areas when needed Maintain knowledge of the properties, amenities, and services in order to share information and enrich the guest experience Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance, pressure washing, or related field preferred Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work Excellent communication and teamwork skills; professional, friendly demeanor Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities Commitment to the property's core values of Respect, Integrity, Passion, Teamwork, Accountability, Caring, Loyalty, and Trust. Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Why Join Us?
