Travel Nurse RN - ICU/Critical Care - $1,710 per week in Tyler, TX

Job Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred. License: Current RN Licensure required for State. Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Must-Have: Two-year recent Critical Care experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred. First-time travelers accepted if they have Level I Trauma Experience. Education: Minimum requirement is a 2-Year Degree; preferred is a 4-Year Degree. Description: The Critical Care RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Clearly communicates, both orally and in writing, to foster staff and patient understanding of treatment plans. Displays sensitivity to the patient's needs, including physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects, and evaluates responses to the delivery of care. Supports and promotes organizational programs to ensure quality patient care. Effectively manages department and patient activities in a time-efficient manner to ensure the delivery of care is well-organized and proficient. Provides quality customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to create a professional and respectful environment.
