Job Description Job Description Worship/Associate Pastor Christian City Fellowship – Sealy, TX Christian City Fellowship is a multi-county, multi-generational, multi-cultural church with a heart for worship, discipleship, and community impact. We’re seeking a Worship/Associate Pastor who loves Jesus deeply, leads with authenticity, and has a passion for helping people encounter God’s presence. What We’re Looking For A Christ-centered leader with a servant’s heart and strong character (1 Tim. 3, Titus 1, 1 Pet. 5). A team-builder, not a “lone ranger”—able to gather, train, and invest in others. Someone who loves Scripture, worship, and people. A hard worker who can also laugh, have fun, and enjoy community life. Doctrinally aligned with CCF’s faith, mission, and values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Christian university/college). 5 years of worship/pastoral ministry preferred. Skilled in worship leading (vocals guitar/keys) and team development. Familiar with AVL systems, Planning Center Online, and use of tracks/stems in worship. Responsibilities Worship Leadership Lead powerful, Spirit-filled worship that engages the whole church. Plan and oversee services and special events with the Senior Pastor and Team. Recruit, train, and care for worship team members and volunteers. Support media/tech projects and collaborate across departments. Associate Pastor Role Preach and teach on occasion; assist with weddings, funerals, and pastoral care. Provide short-term pastoral counseling and discipleship. Support small groups, youth, children, and families as needed. Walk with people in the power of the Holy Spirit. Who You Are Relationship-driven, approachable, and people-focused.
