Technical Sales Engineer - Solar

Technical Sales Engineer – UK & Ireland Location: UK & Ireland Viridis Talent are retained by a leading renewable energy manufacturer to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to act as a main point of contact for customers across the UK & Ireland. This position provides product and technical sales support, focusing on ground-mounted solar PV mounting systems. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical and product support to customers, distributors, and partners * Deliver training sessions, webinars, and client visits * Support with certification and testing applications * Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions * Assist in project coordination for ground mount, tracker, and carport projects * Use PV design software to create solutions tailored to client requirements Requirements * 3 years’ PV rooftop structures experience in the UK or Europe * Strong knowledge of solar PV design software and mounting systems * Familiarity with UK and EU norms, standards, and certifications * Excellent communication skills and fluency in English * Comfortable delivering technical training to groups * Willingness to travel regularly within the UK & Ireland For more information or to arrange a confidential discussion, please reach out directly
