Ad-Ops Executive Job Overview The Cusp is looking for an Ad-Ops Executive with 1–2 years of advertising operations experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience in a fast-paced marketing agency, while learning from a supportive team. We’ll provide training to help you develop further and grow into the role As part of our team, you’ll get hands-on experience running campaigns, optimising performance, and understanding how paid media and digital advertising work end-to-end. You’ll also be involved in building strong client relationships and seeing how campaigns deliver real-world results. What we’re looking for 1–2 years’ experience in advertising operations (agency or in-house) Strong communication and client service skills Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in marketing and advertising tech Good organisational and time management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup Nice to have (but not essential) Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or programmatic tools A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
