Chapman Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Laggers for an ongoing night shift contract on an industrial site at Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project in a secure environment, with competitive rates including an M&E supplement bonus scheme. Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Lagger, your day-to-day duties will include: * Carrying out thermal insulation on a variety of mechanical systems, including hot and cold water pipework, ventilation ducts, and chilled water systems. * Applying various insulation materials, and other specialist lagging materials. * Cladding work, including the cutting, measuring, and fitting of metal cladding (aluminium, stainless steel, etc.). * Working in compliance with site health & safety regulations and adhering to airside security procedures. Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card relevant to insulation/lagging. * Previous experience working on industrial or commercial sites as a lagger. * Strong knowledge of thermal insulation techniques, materials, and industry standards. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and to complete tasks to a high standard under pressure.
