Housing Assistant

Your new company A well-established housing association in Dundee is seeking an experienced Housing Assistant for an initial 3-month assignment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team supporting tenants and delivering essential housing services. Your new role Act as the first point of contact for tenant and resident enquiries. Support housing officers with tenancy management and estate inspections. Assist with processing repairs, maintenance requests, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate records and update housing systems. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. Contribute to community engagement and resident satisfaction. What you'll need to succeed Previous housing assistant or management experience Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management (advantageous). Commitment to equality, inclusion, and excellent service delivery.
