Business and Customer Support Specialist Based:Angus, DD8 1AN (Hybrid) Working hours: 36.25 hours per week Salary: 42,262.08 per annum Duration: ASAP - April 2026 Our client is looking for a Business and Customer Support Specialist to lead improvements in customer experience, information management, and service delivery. Youll act as a subject matter expert, managing projects, driving change, and ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities - Lead customer experience initiatives and resolve escalated issues. - Design and implement data and information management solutions. - Monitor budgets and provide financial guidance. - Coordinate and evaluate change projects. - Use data insights to shape decisions and improvements. - Lead teams and support colleagues to deliver positive outcomes.
