SAP Support Analyst

I’m on the lookout for a SAP Support Specialist to join a small team on a permanent basis within this Aberdeen based business as they continue to invest in the global upgrade of their SAP ERP systems. They’re currently implementing SAP S4 HANA and this is where you’ll come in. The successful applicant will provide technical and functional support to users across the business on a number of modules including: TM, MM, FI etc. To be considered for this opportunity you’ll have the following skills and experience: - Previous experience in a similar SAP S4 HANA Support role (functional & technical) - Any experience of working with ETM.Next would be highly beneficial - In-depth knowledge of supporting SAP MM, TM and FI - Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors to escalate logged issues - Management and escalation of configurations changes (ETM.Next) - Contribute to the wider SAP support and processes - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) In return for you skills and experience you’ll receive a generous salary together with an excellent benefits package.
