Site Engineer

Freelance Site Engineer Sunderland Start Date: 5th September 2025 Duration: 2 weeks holiday cover (potential extension for project duration) I am recruiting for a Freelance Site Engineer to support external works on an academy project in Sunderland. This role will initially cover holiday leave for 2 weeks, with the potential to continue for the remainder of the project. Project Scope: • Car park preparation • Kerb installation • Formation to level • Installation of services Key Details: • Working alongside a single gang on site • Managing setting out and quality checks • Ensuring works are delivered to specification and programme • Maintaining accurate records and site paperwork Requirements: • Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils/external works projects • Proficiency with setting out equipment • CSCS card required • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently How to Apply: If you’re available from 5th September and interested in this opportunity, please get in touch with your CV and availability.
