Site Manager - Data Centre project, start asap, Northampton Location: Northampton Rate: £280-£300 per day (depending on experience and certifications) Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing My client, a specialist in critical power infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of a telecoms data centre project in Northampton. The successful candidate will work alongside the client's Technical Project Manager (electrical & mechanical), focusing on the day-to-day running of the site and coordination of trades. Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. Manage and coordinate subcontractors across HVAC, M&E, and construction trades. Support the project through its groundworks, structural, and fit-out phases. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and project timelines. Requirements: Valid CSCS (Management) card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification. Ideally Previous experience managing data centre or critical infrastructure projects. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while supporting the client's PM team. Package: £280-£300 per day (depending on experience & certifications). Standard working hours: 8am - 5pm. Immediate start, with long-term and ongoing work available for the right candidate.
