Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator - £30,000 – £35,000 bonus based in Padworth, Reading Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and great with people? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to become a key part of our growing sales support function. You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly team, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and helping deliver the best possible service to our customers. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from handling customer enquiries and updating the CRM, to supporting events and trade shows, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. What You’ll Be Doing Making sure all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls and enquiries Updating the CRM system with sales activities, customer details, and pipeline data Supporting meetings, events, and trade shows alongside the sales and marketing teams Keeping diaries up to date and ensuring customer follow-ups are never missed Pitching in with wider admin tasks to keep the team running smoothly What We’re Looking For Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong IT skills and confidence with business systems (CRM experience a bonus) A proactive, problem-solving approach and a genuine customer-first mindset Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, or similar role What’s in It for You 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Competitive salary and workplace pension Death in Service benefit for peace of mind Early finish every Friday to kick-start your weekend Clear opportunities to grow and develop your career Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if Copperfield Recruitment Ltd has not contacted you within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
