Join Our Team as a Senior Visualisation Artist at Foster Partners About the Role: Foster Partners is a global studio for architecture, urbanism and design, rooted in sustainability and driven by innovation. We are looking for a talented Senior Visualisation Artist to join our world-class team and help shape the future of architectural visualisation. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Senior Visualisation Artist, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our architectural concepts to life. Collaborating closely with the Visualisation Manager, you’ll support the development of visual standards and techniques across the team, while also producing compelling imagery that communicates our vision to clients and stakeholders. * Assist the Visualisation Manager in day-to-day coordination and team support * Help develop visualisation procedures, tools, and research methods * Create stunning digital visuals in both 2D and 3D * Produce hand-drawn and digital sketches using Wacom tablet * Develop concept art and storyboards for presentations and animations * Handle post-production to enhance and colour-grade visuals * Design matte painting backgrounds for animations and films * Ensure work aligns with Foster Partners’ visualisation standards and procedures * Collaborate across disciplines as required to meet project goals * Actively contribute to embedding Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) into all aspects of work What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience delivering the responsibilities outlined above * Legal right to work in the country of employment * Strong proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Vue * Experience with rendering engines including Mental Ray, V-Ray, Maxwell Render, Vue * Skilled in post-production tools: Photoshop, After Effects, Max Composite, Premiere * Solid understanding of photographic and compositional techniques * Familiarity with various rendering/animation software, and knowledge of their workflows * Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership * Effective communicator and team collaborator * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team * Confident building relationships at all levels of the business Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, discretional annual bonus and much more
