Main Function As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in guiding customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives — buying a home. From the very first enquiry to handing over the keys, you’ll be there every step of the way, building trust, offering support, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. This is more than just a sales role — it’s about creating lasting relationships and helping dreams become reality. Key Capabilities Required * Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to relate to people at all levels, both internal and external clients and to establish and maintain respect both professionally and personally. * Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results * Able to work to targets/deadlines whilst maintaining standards * Flexibility to travel throughout the region * PC skills and general proficiency of Word and Excel would be an advantage * CRM experience would be beneficial
