Job Title: Night Site Manager Location: Central Manchester Rate: £325 per shift Shifts: Sunday to Thursday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (arrival on site by 5:30 PM) Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Contract Job Description: We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a contract project in Central Manchester, working night shifts on a live commercial site. The role involves overseeing Moves & Changes work, including desks, floor finishes, electrical/data services, and general site coordination. You’ll be responsible for managing CSA/MEP packages and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec. Key Responsibilities: * Managing desk relocations, floor works (raised access, carpets), and furniture moves * Overseeing electrical/data underfloor power installation and containment * Reviewing RAMS, conducting daily site inspections, and maintaining compliance * Acting as site lead for CSA and MEP packages Requirements: * SMSTS or SSSTS * Valid CSCS card * First Aid certification * Relevant construction qualification * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, particularly within M&E environments
