Project Manager - SaaS / Insurance Location - Remote – occasional travel may be required Permanent - £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Benefits - remote working, up to £100 per month contribution to office costs, private healthcare, contributory pension, 23 days Annual leave statutory Bank holidays birthday off What we do: Our client is an established but growing company providing a state-of-the-art technology platform that powers the insurance industry. They are the 1 technology platform – helping insurers, brokers, and MGAs streamline operations with smart, scalable solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing SaaS business and take the lead on high-profile implementation and change projects for a major client. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, deliver, and oversee projects end-to-end—working closely with development, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery on time and within scope. You’ll also play a key part in requirements gathering, sprint planning, and business analysis, while keeping projects on track and stakeholders engaged. What you’ll do: * Lead delivery of client implementation & change projects * Gather and define business requirements with stakeholders * Drive sprint planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation * Manage risks, blockers, and change requests effectively * Keep stakeholders updated with clear communication What we’re looking for: * 3 years’ project management experience in SaaS, tech, or insurance * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software delivery lifecycles * Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills * Business analysis experience is a big plus * Insurance industry knowledge is highly beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment and wants to make a real impact on client delivery and business growth
