Job Title: Strike Caller – Design & Construction Industry (US Market) Location: London (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week) Hours: 12:00pm – 8:00pm GMT (US Market Hours) Salary: Competitive Commission Are you confident, driven, and ready to make an impact in the design and construction industry? We’re looking for a motivated Strike Caller to join our team in London. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients and initiating contact to build strong professional relationships. About the Role: As a Strike Caller, you’ll: * Research and identify new business opportunities within the design and construction sector. * Initiate outreach to prospective clients primarily through calls, with additional engagement via LinkedIn and email. * Work closely with our sales and business development teams to create new leads and support pipeline growth. * Represent our company professionally when speaking with US-based prospects. * Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your communication skills and persistence will be rewarded. What We’re Looking For: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner. * Strong research skills and attention to detail. * Resilience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to outreach. * Ability to work to targets and thrive in a results-driven environment. * Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, lead generation, or recruitment (preferred but not essential).
