Job Description

Vision Personnel is working with an existing client looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing team. Our clients company is installing the InPost lockers across the country. What you’ll be doing: * Manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing & credit control. * Oversee accounts payable/receivable & reconciliations. * Produce weekly/monthly cashflow reports & forecasts. * Build KPI dashboards (job margins, revenue per crew, completion rates). * Provide financial insight to support board-level decisions. * Support budgeting, forecasting & compliance (VAT/HMRC). What we’re looking for: * Solid finance/admin background with reporting & management accounts experience. * Confident influencing senior management with financial insight. * Skilled in Xero/QuickBooks & strong Excel skills. * Organised, detail-focused & able to work independently. * (Bonus) Experience in construction, infrastructure or project costing.
