Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre

Salter Grange is working with a first-class Main Contractor that operates globally, specialising in building critical infrastructure across the Data Centre sector for tomorrow's world. Due to project wins, they seek a highly experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to join their team for a Hyper-Scale Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide essential commercial support to the project team, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and driving the achievement of company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting the Construction Team with all Quantity Surveying functions, including contract compliance and advice. * Identifying potential commercial risks and promptly reporting them to management. * Managing operational procurement activities and providing contract support in collaboration with the Procurement Department. * Overseeing subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final accounts. * Providing analysis of issues and risks as required by management. * Ensuring accurate reporting in line with Group Policies and highlighting exceptions to management.
