Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: to £70k car allowance bonus family medical excellent further benefits Based: Kent (ME10 3RE) About the Company: A UK leader within the transportation and urban electrical infrastructure sectors, with a key focus on roads and highways, has an exciting role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Team. The division of this Global contractor is growing, alongside having major frameworks and schemes with a healthy order book for years to come. About the Role: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the delivery and operational Teams, taking a key role in ensuring a large framework and portfolio of work is delivered to the standards and expectations of both the employer and client. You will manage the day-to-day performance of the contract and get involved in both pre and post contract commercial tasks like pricing, procurement, and contract reviews. The role will see you report into the Head of Commercial. About You: The suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will require the following experience: * Highly organised and commercially astute * Be able to handle commercial disputes and be able to work independently in finding solutions to issues * Strong pre and post commercial experience * Strong NEC contract experience * Ideally Degree qualified, with a structured career history
