Private Health Care The Role of the Senior Family Solicitor To manage a full caseload of matters in relation to family law Matters will include private family law cases (e.g. divorce, domestic abuse) and public cases (e.g. legal aid, care proceedings) The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE Experience in dealing with both private and publicly funded matters would be essential
