Corporate Solicitor / Company Solicitor

We are working with a firm located close to Royston are currently seeking a Corporate/Company Solicitor. The client is open to both candidates with 2-6 years PQE and also 10 PQE. You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and deeds of variation. The ideal candidate will have: Advise clients on corporate structures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and reorganisations Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and distribution contracts Manage transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and business sales from inception to completion Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, directors' duties, and company secretarial matters Support due diligence processes and risk assessments Keep up to date with legal developments and regulatory changes affecting corporate clients Salary dependent on level of experience.
