Electrical QA Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical QA Supervisor – Residential Schemes (London) Location: London Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 Benefits Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run residential contractor based in the South East, who are seeking an Electrical QA Supervisor to join their team on upcoming residential schemes in London. With a turnover of approximately £30 million, our client has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality residential developments for major housebuilders such as Bellway and Countryside. Key Responsibilities: * Manage electrical quality assurance across multiple residential projects. * Carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure installation quality and compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. * Utilise Field View and Dalux to manage quality records and reporting. * Identify and document defects, support close-out processes, and drive continual improvements on site. * Liaise with the site team, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure all QA procedures are effectively implemented. Requirements: * Strong experience in a similar Electrical QA or Supervisor role within the residential sector. * Proficient in using Field View and Dalux for digital QA management. * Excellent understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and compliance standards. * High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with wider project teams.
